2009 Concert Schedule
A Note From Stephen
After an interesting year in 2008, I am happy to report - I am back! I am starting to be happy about my playing again and there doesn't seem to be any problem finding work. My new kidney (courtesy of Michael Leonard - THANK YOU, MICHAEL!) continues to work beautifully. After my double-nephrectomy in March and transplant in May, I gradually got back to performing throughout the summer and fall last year and now, as January 09 winds down I feel like I am clearly back in full performing mode. I've got lots of things scheduled for this year and things are starting to line up on into next year. I've even had to turn down interesting shows because I simply couldn't fit them in, not a bad problem to have after not working for much of 2008. And also not a bad place to be in considering the generally tough economic times we are in. At any rate, I hope to see you somewhere down the road.
